The hotel offers a free pick-up service from the train station, and the beautiful surroundings of the property create a relaxing atmosphere. the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with comfortable beds. the dinner was of good quality with a wide variety of seasonal foods served in a 10-course setting in front of a beautiful poolside view.
The quality and imaginative food, particularly the disappointing breakfast, were not up to the standard expected.

The hot springs were soothing and the staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms were big and comfortable, exactly what I had expected considering the price of the hotel. The hotel was also located in a strategic location, near most tourist attractions.
The food was below average considering the price of the hotel. I was expecting unique dishes but was disappointed to find the food average and uninteresting.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and it was an absolute delight. The location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful gardens and the sound of peaceful waterfalls. The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff that made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room itself was spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable.
I would highly recommend this hotel to families.

This hotel was a paradise surrounded by green gardens and waterfalls. The staff was friendly and provided a pick-up service from the station. The 1st and 5th-floor hot onsen baths were amazing. The dinner was the best food I've had in years, served in front of a beautiful poolside view.

Spent Xmas at a beautiful resort surrounded by lush greenery and mesmerizing waterfalls. Their 5, star service and hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. the staff was very helpful, and they offered a free pick, up service from the station. They had two hot onsen baths available , just perfect for relaxing. the food was great , had an incredible 10, course dinner, and breakfast was tasty.
The language barrier. the staff's English proficiency was quite low, and it was a bit frustrating trying to communicate with them.
